The PROMISE Study is seeking Postdoctoral Fellows holding MD, PhD, MD/PhD or DO degrees and identify as Black or African American, Hispanic or Latinx, American Indian or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander or multiracial. Participants should be engaged in biomedical research (research on the biological/behavioral processes that advance the diagnosis, treatment and/or prevention of disease) and must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

This research study will examine a peer group mentoring approach to enhance scholarly output and academic advancement of participants. Peer groups will meet twice per month for nine months. Sessions are focused on professional development and facilitated by senior underrepresented biomedical researchers. Participants can earn up to $500.
