  • Emotional support resources including tele-psych support services (details on entity specific access on website).
  • Tips, APPs, and web based resources for managing stress and anxiety
  • Sign up for Mindfulness via WebEx
  • Webinars and other educational materials

If you have questions and would like to speak by phone to someone about resources, the information hotline for emotional support resources can be accessed at 984 215 5699.

This hotline is for resource information only and the hours of coverage are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
