In an effort to update and streamline documentation for Office 365, UNC Information Technology Services (ITS) has created an Office 365 User Guide, as well as guidelines for storing and sharing sensitive information within Office 365.
The new Office 365 User Guide is available now at https://help.unc.edu/help/office-365-user-guide/
One of the great features of this new guide is the addition of links to Microsoft documentation to offer support to any questions or concerns beyond our UNC specific documentation.
ITS has also updated their guidelines for storing and sharing sensitive information within Office 365, which can be found at https://office365.unc.edu/sensitive-information/
Much like the new Office 365 User Guide, this information is also linked to supporting documents for ease of access.
