30 co-workers in Clinical Care Management move to Eastowne

On Friday, March 1, approximately 30 co-workers in Clinical Care Management moved to the 2nd floor of Building 500 in Eastowne.

The space was outfitted to fit the functional needs of the Clinical Care Management (CCM) staff with new carpet, paint, network cabling and cleaning!

The team was ready to work on Monday, March 4! Chris Wehner, manager of the group, complimented the quality of the space and the general support during the transition.

“Our move went exceptionally well. Pre-planning is a must and flexibility has to be maintained at all cost," Wehner said.  "One of the best outcomes of the move was to be able to purge old stuff prior to the move. Additionally, we are also merging two different teams in CCM, so change management is key.

Wehner also said constant and clear communication is important and humor is a must.

"I really want to thank my staff for their flexibility and the members of the Eastowne project team who worked very hard to make this a smooth transition," Wehner said. "It took the efforts of the entire CCM department for this move to take place and unify us towards our goal.”
