Weight Loss Class Offered at UNC Wellness Center at Meadowmont

An 8-week weight management program to help you achieve fitness and weight goals. Each class includes an exercise session as well as a lecture session.

Class will meet every Thursday for eight weeks. We will have weekly lectures and exercise sessions. You will record food intake and exercise daily and meet with your wellness coach throughout the program. Contact Liz Watt at 984-974-2552 for more information.
