Getting help after Go-Live #6

Please use the following resources if you need help after Go-Live #6.

  • Urgent Issues: Call the ISD Service Desk at 984-974-4357 
  • Non-urgent issues: Submit a ticket online via MySupport@UNC

Note: If you have any issues connecting to Epic@UNC immediately after the July 22 downtime for Go-Live #6, please reboot your computer and try connecting again. If you still cannot connect to Epic@UNC, call the ISD Service Desk.
