UNC Wellness Center Offers Weight Loss Program

Eight-week weight loss program offered at the UNC Wellness Center at Meadowmont. Learn about healthy eating, exercise, and lifestyle change.

The Weigh To Wellness is an eight-week weight loss program that includes nutrition education, exercise, and behavior change. A Registered Dietitian leads all the education sessions while fitness professionals lead the exercise sessions. Class meets on Thursdays from 6 - 8 p.m. from Jan 16 - March 5. You will attend an education session weekly for eight weeks, complete daily food and exercise journals and meet with a wellness coach to help with goal setting.
