UNC Health Care will launch a new medical response team in the coming weeks – “Code Medic.”
This response team is designed to address non-emergent medical conditions in common, non-clinical areas of the hospitals. In the coming days and weeks, several drills are being held to test certain components of the teams. No action is required from the staff, outside of the response team.
