- To focus on exactly what information is needed, 75% of the fields previously available have been removed.
- We have also reduced the number of required fields.
- Improved the flow of the forms by changing the order of some fields
The new forms are now live. Please report any patient-related and security concerns or events in PORS. In January, the PORS software will be upgraded and will include new features and processes for patient safety event reporting.
