Due to UNC Football game day operations, several lots on campus, including “S1” Public Safety Lot will be reserved for game day permits only. All vehicles remaining in the permit portion of the lot after 8 a.m. on game day (including state vehicles) and not displaying a proper game day permit will be relocated at the owner’s expense.Hospital employees reporting to work and having an official hospital ID may park in the Dogwood Deck without being charged on Saturday.

The reserved Public Safety / Police / Parking Control spaces, the 24-hour reserved UNC-D spaces and the Reserved Service spaces in the rear of the lot will continue to be reserved for the appropriate normal vehicles.

Hospital employees reporting to work and having an official hospital ID may park in the Dogwood Deck without being charged on Saturday. UNC Police personnel reporting to work should speak with their supervisor regarding alternative parking. Transportation and Parking personnel working on game day should pick-up their alternative game day permit from the designated point of contact per a previous communication.

Other “S1” permit holders working on game day and needing parking, should contact their departmental parking coordinator for alternative parking.
