Cascade Learning Manager Recognition

We would like to acknowledge managers who have done a great job helping you learn about Change Management and material discussed at the recent Leadership Development Learning Session.

On Sept. 10, managers attended a Leadership Development Learning Session: "Thriving During Change." One of thegoals following the session was for managers to share their learning with you through Cascade Learning.

We would like to acknowledge managers who have done a great job helping you learn about and make relevant to your department the following information:

  • Explain why it is so important to be able to thrive during change
  • Describe the three levels of reaction to change
  • Engage in a dialogue about a current change that addresses the three levels of reaction
  • Identify follow-up actions that will help us to thrive during change
