New Email Signatures and Email Guidelines

In Outlook, every employee should create his or her own signature that states his or her name, title and contact information. Signatures help employees and outside recipients understand your job function and role within UNC Health Care and provide information on how to contact you. Please familiarize yourself with the new email signature guidelines, along with a larger system email policy.
