Join us for Yoga at Work!

Looking for a way to fulfill those New Year's Resolutions to exercise more and stress less? Well, the Women's Health Information Center has three yoga classes each week that will help you reach your goals!

The Women's Health Information Center, off the lobby of the Women's Hospital, hosts three yoga-at-work sessions each week that are open to everyone. Classes are a gentle yoga, with a focus on stretching and stress relief, and are held: 

  • Mondays 11:45 a.m. - 12:35 p.m. 
  • Wednesdays 11:30 a.m. - 12:20 p.m. 
  • Thursdays 4:45 - 5:35 p.m.
