Yoga@Work for Employees

The Women's Health Information Center offers yoga classes to help you relax and de-stress. Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thurdsays, and are $3 per class or $10 for a four-class pass. Our course times accommodate employees coming off the night shift as well as those looking for a positive way to start their day.

If you're coming off the night shift or looking for a positive way to start your day, join us for yoga, a relaxing combination of deep breathing and core-building poses, on Mondays from 11:45 a.m. to 12:35 p.m.; Wednesdays from 7:45 to 8:35 a.m.; and Thursdays from 4:45 - 5:35 p.m. Classes are held in the Women’s Health Information Center on the ground floor of the Women’s Hospital. Come de-stress and stretch with us.
