Brace yourselves for winter by using mindfulness

Learn more about mindfulness courses offered by the UNC Program on Integrative Medicine during winter 2016.

Winter can be a very exciting season, but it is easy to get caught up with all our activities that we forget to take care of ourselves. How can we maintain our well-being while still enjoying the excitement of this time of year?

Mindfulness can make the difference! Check out the mindfulness courses we are offering this Winter 2016:

Mindfulness-based Program for Stress and Pain Management
This course offers training in meditation and mind-body awareness that will teach you how to slow down and set priorities while remaining calm, focused and relaxed in the midst of a busy life. These practices will enhance your body's natural adaptive healing ability and will cultivate the mind's clarity and insight.
