Women's Leadership Collaborative - Dress for Success

On Wednesday, Feb. 14, Lauren Onken, UNC Health Care System Executive Director, H&V, and Beth Willis, UNC Health Care System Director, Operational Efficiency, hosted a donation drive that resulted in 219 items of professional business attire being donated to Dress for Success TriangleNC.

According to the organization's website, "Dress for Success is an international not-for-profit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life."

This event was organized as part of the Women’s Leadership Collaborative.  The purpose of the Women’s Leadership Collaborative is to advance the next generation of women leaders by providing a forum that inspires and promotes talent development, community involvement, collaboration, policy advocacy, and diversity.  It is chaired by Leslie Burnside, Vice President, System Affiliations and Network Development for UNC Health Care.
