48th Annual Internal Medicine Conference

Target Audience

This conference is designed for internists, family physicians, generalists, advanced practice providers and other health care providers working in an adult primary care setting.

Description

This meeting will update attendees on the recent developments in health promotion and disease management for conditions commonly encountered in primary care, including:

  • Point of care ultrasound to improve management of common conditions
  • Vaccines for respiratory infections
  • Management of Helicobacter pylori
  • Obstructive sleep apnea
  • Osteoporosis
  • Gender-affirming care

Conference Location & Format

This conference offers a hybrid format with a choice of in-person or webinar.

In-person location: The William and Ida Friday Center, 100 Friday Center Drive, Chapel Hill, NC

$500 for in-person attendance for the full conference. $450 for virtual attendance for the full conference. Reduced pricing offered for 1 or 2 day attendance. Discount codes offered to CBLC preceptors and PCC clinical week preceptors. Please contact the course coordinators for more information.
