Voice Over IP (VoIP) Phone Transition for MacNider and Old Clinic has been delayed
The VoIP phone transition previously scheduled for Thursday, August 27 has been delayed. A new date will be announced once confirmed by AT&T and Verizon. Please check http://help.med.unc.edu/voip for status updates. It is important to make sure your new VoIP phone remains plugged in to the wall.

Support for Symantec Antivirus Software ends Thursday, August 1
Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) must be uninstalled by Thursday, August 1. If you connect to the SOM network, you may see a pop-up notification asking you to update your antivirus software. Please follow the instructions as prompted.
