UNC to Celebrate National Doctor’s Day in April
In lieu of celebrating National Doctors Day on its traditional date, March 30, which conflicts with a University holiday, we have decided to dedicate an entire week in April to recognizing the contributions of our physicians. From April 8 to April 14th, Faculty Affairs will be hosting a series of events and activities for our physicians, including wellness activity sign-ups and a drawing. More details to follow.

University Day 2015 to be held Oct. 12
All members of the UNC community are invited to attend the celebration commemorating the laying of the cornerstone of Old east and the official founding of the University. This year marks Carolina's 222nd birthday. UNC School of Medicine Faculty are encouraged to attend. Faculty should gather at the Old Well beginning at 10:30 a.m.
