UNC Hospitals Imaging and Spine Center opened on Jan. 3 at 1350 Raleigh Road in Chapel Hill. The facility is located on the corner of NC Highway 54 and Finley Golf Course Road. The Imaging Center offers a full spectrum of imaging services including diagnostic x-ray, bone density, digital mammography, ultrasound, 128 slice CT scanner and fluoroscopy procedure rooms. Siemens newest MRI magnet will be installed at the end of February. Imaging studies can be scheduled by calling Radiology scheduling at 966-1884.
The Spine Center is home to an interdisciplinary team of orthopaedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, and physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians who work collaboratively with our pain management team. We also have a large physical therapy gym with individual treatment rooms. Referrals can be made to the Spine Center by calling 957-6789.
