Compassionate Leader Certificate:
This highly participative certificate program focuses on developing personal leadership skills through communication, coaching and teambuilding to enhance motivation and productivity of self and others. You will enhance your professional skills with a special emphasis on communicating with compassion, understand and use your strengths to motivate and inspire others, and learn foundational leadership principles and skills.
This is an exciting program designed to expand your knowledge about working in a diverse environment. The classes will provide an engaging, highly participatory learning experience. Participants will gain a deeper knowledge and appreciation for differences. The classroom experience will include essential tips on how to effectively interact with diverse patients, family members, visitors and employees.

Classes listed in the Compassionate Leader certificate or Diversity Leader certificate flyers are taught at the Morrisville campus (5221 Paramount Parkway, Morrisville), and may be taken independently or as part of the certificate programs. In order to participate in the Compassionate Leader certificate or Diversity Leader certificate programs, please fill out an application before taking courses.
