W-2s will be available electronically Jan. 20; sign-up and elect electronic delivery by Jan. 15. If you do not elect for electronic delivery, please log into Lawson Employee Self Service and validate your home address by Jan. 15.
- 2017 W-2s will be available online beginning Jan. 20 at 1 p.m.
- If you haven’t already done so, sign-up by Monday, Jan. 15 to authorize electronic access to your W-2. View details.
- Ensure your address is correct by Jan. 16 so that it is correct on your W-2. Verify your address in Employee Self-Service following these steps and selecting ‘Life Events à Change My Address.’
- UNC Hospitals, Chatham Hospital and UNC Hospital-paid Faculty Physicians & Staff employees can access W-2s electronically via Document Self Service. More information can be found here.
