Outpatient Services would like to congratulate all of our Carolina Care Award Winners, who were honored at a ceremony at the UNC Medical Center.

This year’s awards honored:

  • Clinics with an overall percentile ranking of 91st or higher for all 4 quarters (Carolina Care Excellence).
  • Clinics that met or exceeded their mean score improvement goals (Carolina Care Top Achievers).
  • Individual staff members who were praised most often in Press Ganey (Carolina Care All Stars).
