Thank you for your patience and support over the last week and a half as we have all made adjustments to accommodate the latest phase of the Surgical Tower construction project. Substantial changes have been made to how we access the hospital, and the feedback we have received from patients and guests has been largely positive. This smooth transition would not have been possible without your flexibility and understanding. Here are a few things you can do to help us as we continue to adjust to the project.

Substantial changes have been made to how we access the hospital, and the feedback we have received from patients and guests has been largely positive. • Continue using Jackson Circle for staff drop-off and pick-up.
  • With registration now located in the Women’s Hospital lobby, it is important limit co-worker traffic in the main concourse to ensure our patients are able to access the areas they need to as easily as possible
    • If entering the hospital via the Cancer Hospital Bridge, please use the Cancer Hospital entrance closest to the Central Outpatient Pharmacy.
    • If traveling on the ground floor, please use back hallways and staff elevators whenever possible. Suggested staff detour.
    • Avoid taking breaks in the seating areas along the main concourse
    • The Dogwood Deck is intended for patients and their guests. Staff should not be parking in this deck.
  • Please be respectful of traffic control personnel, guest services staff and others posted outside the hospital helping patients who are being dropped-off or picked up.
  • Send any feedback you may have to .
