The Weigh To Wellness is an 8-week weight loss program that includes nutrition education, exercise, and behavior change. A Registered Dietitian leads all the education sessions while fitness professionals lead the exercise sessions. Class meets on Thursdays from 6 – 8 p.m. from Jan. 16 – March 5, 2020.

You will attend an education session weekly for 8 weeks, complete daily food and exercise journals and meet with a wellness coach to help with goal setting. Orientation is Thursday, Jan. 9, 2020 from 6 – 7 p.m. Contact Liz Watt, RD, CSOWM for more information. UNC Employees receive a discount!
