Anne Lyerly, MD, professor in the UNC Department of Social Medicine and associate director of the Center for Bioethics at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hil, co-authored an article published in the New England Journal of Medicine titled, “Delaying Pregnancy during a Public Health Crisis — Examining Public Health Recommendations for Covid-19 and Beyond.” She also has an appointment in the UNC Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
