| Take Your Shot and Be Entered to Win: Scheduled and Walk-In COVID-19 Vaccines Offered May 12 – 15 for Co-workers in new Occupational Health Services Clinic Location
We want to ensure that everyone on our One Great Team has the quickest, simplest access to a COVID-19 vaccine. So, we are re-opening an on-site co-worker vaccine clinic May 12 – 15 in the new Occupational Health Services clinic location on the 1st floor, Memorial Hospital (behind the escalator on the 1st floor).
You can schedule your appointment at this link or walk-in to receive either a Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine during the following times:
· 7:15 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. from Wednesday, May 12 – Friday, May 14
· 7:15 a.m. – Noon on Saturday, May 15
In addition to protecting ourselves and our co-workers, patients, and families by receiving a vaccine, everyone receiving a vaccine during this event will be entered into a raffle to win one of multiple prizes, including FreedomPay cards, Starbucks gift cards and the grand prize of an iPad.
