Beginning Thursday, Oct. 13, all employees will be able to access the Epic UserWeb using your UNC Health Care account (the same credentials you use to login to Epic@UNC, LMS, etc.).
Beginning Thursday, Oct. 13, all employees will be able to access the Epic UserWeb using your UNC Health Care account (the same credentials you use to login to Epic@UNC, LMS, etc.).
The first time you visit UserWeb, you must click on ‘Other Sign-In Options’ and then select ‘UNC Health Care System’ and enter your login/password. You will then see a screen where you can confirm your name, role, email, phone number, etc. (see screenshot). After confirming your role and information on the first visit, you will then go directly to the UserWeb home screen on all subsequent visits.
About Epic Userweb
Once logged-in to UserWeb, you can view Epic’s educational and training materials, information about upcoming Epic events and webinars, access discussion forums with other Epic clients, and more. An overview of the UserWeb is available at this Intranet link.

• Information on the UserWeb is provided by Epic and other Epic clients and is not necessarily applicable to Epic@UNC.
• Any employees who previously created an Epic UserWeb account can choose to login with either their UserWeb account or their UNC Health Care credentials.
