UNC Hospitals Legal & Risk Management Department has moved from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor of Medical Wing E (one floor below the Executive Offices). All phone numbers remain the same. Legal & Risk Management’s main phone line is 966-3041. You can also report any patient care incidents to Legal using the Patient Occurrence Reporting System.
