If your patient’s Code Status in the patient header is listed as “Prior,” please place a new code status order so that an active code order is on the patient’s current encounter. Following Go-Live #6, there is a new code status indicator of “Prior,” which represents that the patient had a previous code order on file that is no longer active for the current encounter.
